Our team advised Land Securities in relation to a major office development to accommodate Deutsche Bank above Moorfields Station. This included devising a planning strategy for the development and leading pre application discussions with the City of London and GLA. The planning application was submitted in October 2017 and the City of London is minded to grant the application.
