Members of our team obtained permission from LB Wandsworth on behalf of VINCI/St Modwen in March 2015 for 3,000 residential units and commercial space incorporating a new wholesale market, retail, leisure and new community facilities on the New Covent Garden Market (NCGM) site. The proposals include 12 tall buildings the tallest of which is 54 storeys (180m AOD) with eleven other tall buildings reaching up to 46 storeys.
