Our team advised the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Estates Department during 2016-17 in relation to the redevelopment of the Barlby School site to provide a replacement primary school and also the boroughs first Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. We co-ordinated a series of pre application meetings with RBKC and relevant stakeholders in order to bring forward a preferred solution for the site, which is due to be submitted as a planning application shortly.
