Ruth Beard, Founder
Innovate Planning was founded by Ruth Beard, a chartered Town Planner with 20 years experience of working as a planning consultant within London and the South East. Prior to setting up Innovate Planning, Ruth was a Director at a leading London planning consultancy where clients included large property companies, pension funds, housing associations, schools and private individuals. Ruth has a strong track record of working alongside clients, project managers and architects to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful planning outcomes
