Our team obtained planning permission and listed building consent for Crest Nicholson and A2 Dominion in December 2018 for the demolition of the existing Grade II listed building and redevelopment of the site for 375 residential units. Following significant discussions, Historic England did not object to the proposals and Innovate Planning is currently discharging planning conditions as part of the development process.
